OPENEND SPINNING

Our state-of-the-art facilities include a modern BLOW-ROOM of international standards, equipped with fully automated systems to ensure efficient and consistent production. We house some of the most advanced machinery in the industry, including carding systems like Truetzschler TC15, Rieter D-55 draw frames, and open-end spinning machines from Saurer BD480plus.

SIZING

The sizing process enhances the strength of warp yarns by applying high-quality sizing solutions, which in turn reduces friction, minimizes breakage during weaving, and leads to smoother loom operations. This contributes to higher efficiency and superior fabric quality. Our sizing machine is engineered for precision and consistency and features advanced controls, energy-efficient drying systems, and automated tension regulation.

PROJECTILE WEAVING

In our weaving process, we utilize state-of-the-art projectile weaving machines from some of the most renowned names in the textile industry. The fabrics produced using projectile machinery are recognized for their smooth surface, uniform texture, and excellent structural integrity. These machines can operate at high speeds, boosting productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality. We are capable of working with a wide variety of yarn types and fabric structures without compromising the fabric’s quality. Over the years, continuous innovations such as electronic control systems, automatic weft supply monitoring, and advanced warp tension management have significantly enhanced the efficiency, flexibility, and reliability of our projectile weaving operations, making them an essential part of our manufacturing excellence.

AIR-JET WEAVING

Our air-jet weaving section features high-end, high-speed shuttleless looms that utilize compressed air to insert the weft yarn through the warp shed. This modern approach enables fast and efficient fabric production, setting a new benchmark in textile innovation.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our quality control process is comprehensive and rigorous. It begins with the inspection of raw materials, continues through in-process quality checks during each stage of weaving, and concludes with a final inspection before dispatch. We closely monitor critical parameters such as yarn tension, fabric density, color consistency, and defect levels. These are assessed using a combination of manual expertise and automated systems. Our dedicated quality assurance team works hand in hand with production technicians to ensure that every meter of fabric not only meets our clients’ specifications but also exceeds their expectations in terms of appearance, strength, and durability.
